| The Friends4Michael Foundation does not have a formal training program due to the associated costs (we want as much of the money we raise to go to the effort!). However, entry into the marathon through the Foundation entitles our runners to access to the MCM Virtual Trainer. Additionally, the team contains several experienced marathoners who are more than willing to provide advice and assistance! |
